Eligibility for Refunds<\/h2>\n  <p>Refunds may be issued in the following cases:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Duplicate payment due to technical errors<\/li>\n    <li>Service not delivered due to internal system or scheduling failures<\/li>\n    <li>Medical reasons preventing participation (subject to documented proof)<\/li>\n    <li>Unintentional purchase made within 24 hours with no course or content accessed<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>2. Non-Refundable Services<\/h2>\n  <p>The following services are non-refundable:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Customized coaching programs or consultations<\/li>\n    <li>Courses or sessions already delivered, or missed without prior notice<\/li>\n    <li>Digital content, online materials, or recorded programs once accessed or downloaded<\/li>\n    <li>Any session canceled with less than 12 hours\u2019 notice<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>3. Refund Request Process<\/h2>\n  <p>To initiate a refund, please contact us at <a href=\"mailto:marah.natour@gmail.com\">marah.natour@gmail.com<\/a> and include:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Full name<\/li>\n    <li>Date and time of purchase<\/li>\n    <li>Reason for refund request<\/li>\n    <li>Order reference or payment proof<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n  <p>We may require additional information to assess eligibility.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>4. Refund Processing<\/h2>\n  <p>If your request is approved:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.<\/li>\n    <li>Please allow 7\u201310 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.<\/li>\n    <li>Refunds will not include any processing or transaction fees charged by third parties.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>5. Chargebacks<\/h2>\n  <p>We request that you contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank.  \n  Chargebacks initiated without first attempting resolution with us may result in permanent suspension of access to future services.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>6. Cancellations<\/h2>\n  <p>You may cancel upcoming sessions by emailing us at least 12 hours in advance.  \n  Failure to do so may result in the session being forfeited without a refund.<\/p>\n  <p>If you are subscribed to a recurring program, you may cancel the next cycle via your account dashboard or by contacting us.  \n  Cancellations do not affect previous charges.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>7.
